Brad focuses on investor relations, project and construction management of value-add opportunities, and overall business management.
Brad has a long career as a welder/fabricator and currently works for a growing company in central PA.
Liz Hess
Managing Partner
Liz focuses on investment analysis through underwriting and leverages her experience in project management for business operations.
Liz has spent her career in emergency management and is currently a Senior Project Manager of Business Continuity for a global company.

Chris Wooten - Advisor
Chris is an experienced real estate syndicator and investment specialist. He brings project analysis, material condition inspection, property and investor acquisition, maintaining business plan targets and timelines, managing project budgets, and provides investor communications.

Ed Modzel - Advisor
Real Estate Investor since 1981 with a focus on Multifamily Apartments since 2017. Over $130 million assets under management (AUM). Proudly served in the USN for 6 years.
Rod Khleif - Senior Advisor
Rod is a passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2,000 apartments and homes. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million-dollar businesses. Rod is most proud of his work as a community philanthropist.
