Syndication is the pooling of multiple investors' funds to allow for the purchase of an asset that could not be individually purchased.

Syndication structure

A syndication is comprised of two entities. The "General Partners" or "Sponsors" are the ones who do all the work in structuring the deal. As general partners BL Hess will be assisting with duties like, sourcing deals, working with brokers, lenders, lawyers and making sure the deal will provide sufficient returns for our "Limited Partners".

The "Limited Partners" are investors like YOU!

LP investors invest capital into a deal and receive returns from the cash flow without having to deal with clogged toilets and late night phone calls from tenants!
