A syndication is comprised of two entities. The "General Partners" or "Sponsors" are the ones who do all the work in structuring the deal. As general partners BL Hess will be assisting with duties like, sourcing deals, working with brokers, lenders, lawyers and making sure the deal will provide sufficient returns for our "Limited Partners".
